“The hand pump should be an included feature. Not an extra feature to purchase.
The recessed hose adapter, on the bottom of the tank, should not be there. Does not fit flush with the tank. Standing the tank upright is problematic. I use paracord, string the paracord through, and tie the adapter to the tank handle.
Overall a good product. I don't know how the bigger products are. I have the smallest one.”
“I just got the Pod model to wash off after surfing. Time will tell how durable it is but I am very happy with it so far. I having been using a garden sprayer to wash off my feet for years and this is a nice upgrade with good water pressure and it doesn't leak.”
“A must have if you’re into surfing, hiking abs outrigger canoe paddling like I am! I swear by ‘em. My gen 1 broke after 2 years of use. I got the Rinse kit plus and I’m stoked to see how this will do. Only gripe I had about the Gen 1 was fixed. The Plus comes with a pump and the pump is built better.
I hope the seals are better than the Gen 1’s though, I had to replace the last Kit’s seals like 3x. So far so good.”

“I really like their items. I bouaght the pod and is the right size for mer when I go surfing. Having the pump and heater gives you alot of optionions no matter where you are. You could stretch the pod use for two if you are quick. But if that was the case I would have purchased the next size.

“I have the RinseKit Pro and the RinseKit Pro heater. I order the RinseKit Pro first. When it came I was excited, but when I opened it. It looked used. It had water on the side and like moisture in the plastic bag. The voltage meter was sideways. It worked. The heater came the same way. There was water and moisture in the bag when we opened it. Like some one used it. I Have not yet used it, but hopefully it works good.”
“I got the rinskit pod as a gift and it definitely doesn’t hold pressure for 3:30 straight. It pumps full speed for only 30-45 seconds, then slowly looses pressure for the remaining 1:45. It just dribbles for the last 30 seconds after that. I came here to purchase the pump handle to see if that helps, but the false advertising is sort of annoying.”

Thank you for leaving the Pressure Booster Pump a review. We cannot seem to find an order for a Pod for you in our system, only the pump. Can you let us know where you ordered your unit from? When we refer to the spray times, for both our Pod and Plus models, we suggest using the Center setting for the best spray time results. Additionally, for best use, we recommend having the unit pressurized to 65 PSI. If all of the above are how you have been using the unit, it may have a leak. “The pressure in the unit only lasts for about 10 seconds, and about half the water is left in the tank after it stops spraying. The fittings were also all loose and detached in the box when the unit arrived, which very easily could've been lost and accidentally thrown out. I purchased a "misprint" unit, but I didn't realize that would go beyond just physical imperfections. Now I am left with a unit that does not fit my needs that I can't even return.”

Per our return policy, as stated on the product pages and on our FAQs page, the cosmetic misprint units are non-returnable due to the nature of the product. However, they can be warrantied. I apologize if this information was not made clearer. We have it stated several places on our website so miscommunications like this do not happen. I have looked into the correspondence you have had with our customer service rep, and it appears that a replacement will be sent your way today 1/17.
