“My brand new, used for the first time, rinsekit won't stay pressurized. No matter how much I pump, the valve don't be trying to budge to #2 which means I can't even get in the green anymore. I was able to get to the green once...That was when I unboxed it.”

“The pump doesn’t hold pressure. I keep it in the green and get about 5 seconds of real pressure and then and drizzle after that. Also I don’t understand why the pressure release valve is right in the handle. It’s so easy to accidentally release pressure while pumping. Do disappointed and would love to have my money back.”

If you have a specialized faucet, the Hot Water Sink Adapter will likely not fit. So sorry to hear the adapter didn't work out for you! “Fast shipping, handle and lid on the pro seems cheap for the price of the unit. Handle is like what I get on Styrofoam coolers at the grocery store and the lid I expected to be able to more durable and able to sit on since it's mostly and outdoor product. It's very flimsy so hopefully it doesn't break. Hopeful that the product performs well but haven't tried it yet”
