“I would direct people straight to the how to videos. I didnt realize i could fill it up by the drain valve. i though i had to use the faucet adaptor which didnt fit any of my faucets”
“Very well built compared to other similar units. Holds plenty of water for a quick shower. My water heater blew and damaged the flooring in my home. This was the perfect unit to have while repairs were being done. No Home should be without one! The only things I would change, or possibly a 5 gallon unit, and a drain plug at the bottom. Otherwise, we are loving this thing!”
“I received the RinseKit+ in the mail very quickly as expected as I live extremely close to the warehouse. Unfortunately the hose bib was not included in the kit itself. I called that day and the next to request the part but just got a recording. A week later, I have not received a phone call back. Manual pump did not create necessary pressure for positive flow of water. Extremely unsatisfied and have net even gotten to use the product yet. I purchased this for a trip this past weekend and wasn’t able to use it. I’m on the verge of returning it if I don’t hear something soon.”

“If the unit had a heating element in it, it would be 5 stars. In Colorado...I feel that this is necessary for 7 months of the year. Hopefully there is an option for this down the road. I suppose I could add really hot water in to increase the temp of the water in the unit already, but the idea of putting 200 degree water into a plastic device...seems like that might lead to unit failure??? Would love guidance on how hot is too hot...”

“Love the concept. Filling it can be challenging if you wish to use other than a standard hose bib. None of my faucets fit the adapter and I had to wait weeks to find the dimensions of the one I ordered extra, which seems to be similar to the initial one. My garage sink requires and adapter and I have purchased many to try to adapt. I finally have the dimensions of the adapter, so we shall see. Hard to carry from my hose to the car. Excellent spray when you are able to do so. Again, love the idea. Just needs a little more adaptability for those of us who can't carry it that far when filled.”
“I enjoy our Rinse Kit. I got it for Father's day several years ago and it is still going strong. It's not what it once was when I first got it, but it's still working! I know people have had issues, but I'm happy with mine. I fill it from a hot water source and it feels great to have a hot shower after a surf. My kids also getting washed off after a day at the beach with some warm water. Makes the whole experience more enjoyable. Go get one!”

“I used my rinse kit maybe 8 times and now it doesn’t work. No pressure . I order an extra hose Thinking it was that , nope and two new tips for hose to put water in. Still looks brand new but doesn’t work. No pressure , no water coming out”
