I was looking forward to installing my dam cam, I got it at a good price. The camera works well and the app is easy to use. The instructions for the placement of each bit of film was lacking, I put the large bit of film behind my mirror and then the smaller static bit of film on my camera attachment, but the film did not stick to either so I was forced to remove both bits of the film and dispose of the them. I don't know what the film would do but I can't use it. I found this very disappointing.

Very disappointed. I had my Road Angel Pure One for 13 days when it went wrong. It was delivered to Road Angel on 31st October and I had to wait until 22nd November for a repaired unit to be returned and thentheysaythatmywarranty won't be extended for the time Road Angel had it. Very poor customer service. After 13 days use good customer service would despatch a new unit by return. I have been a loyal Road Angel customer for many years from the Gem to the Pure which I only replaced with a Pure One because after many years of service my Pure finally died . This leaves me most disappointed.

This is a really good camera I’m so pleased I brought it for my daughter. She had a nasty accident once and this is a vital part of her safety it’s very clear detail and easy to use.

Dont buy!!! Endless problems with first device, Wouldn't pick satalites up, kept turning itself off, wouldn't start up properly and kept freezing after a month or 2 it finally died. It gets worse as i was told the best way to replace faulty device was to buy a new one and once the old device had been returned i would get a refund so i did and paid another £199. After taking my money i was told later that day there's no devices in stock and unsure when they're be back in. 3 weeks later (after me chasing them up) told it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed still no device contacted them again and i was told they made a mistake and cancelled my order and told to pay another £199 again. After another phone call the device was finally delivered in total 5 weeks after. Continues to get worse as i paid for a subscription i was informed this would be frozen until new device arrived, subscription restalled but hadnt been frozen i gave up at this point. very very poor cusomter service stay away from Road Angel.

WHAT A DISASTER, SUCH A SHAME! Well I would quite like the refund I am legally entitled to please, item was delivered back to you tracked on 25th October, you confirmed receipt of the goods, obviously you can see why it all went wrong on my personal YouTube channel @Dottie_in_Devon everything on the video has screen shots from the Road Angel website and text from their emails to me, you won't believe your eyes.

Although the Pure is not my first Road Angel, I needed help to actually set it up which was given willingly. It is a useful device which I rely on a lot, and I appreciate some of the new features. The new system of warning arrows to speed camera locations on the left side of the unit is great but it has meant that the other icons on the right hand side are smaller now, maybe not a problem for many people but I find the clock figures especially are harder to view. A good purchase though.

Used the Road Angel group for a good few years now and cannot fault at all. Brilliant customer service advisors (ADY & Donna), they really do go the extra mile. Upgraded my Road Angel pure to the latest Road Angel pure one. Its not the cheapest option on the market but in my own personal opinion its an absolute necessity. Other reviews say the subscription is too high, i totally disagree. £19.99 a month is a small price to pay compared to a fine. Saved me numerous times over the past few years as I drive over 60k miles a year.

Amazing and very professional company. They always respond promptly to emails and are always very quick in sorting out any issues, although this will rarely happen. If you're looking for a great Dash cam or a Road Angel Pure then the Road Angel Group is the best place to go. Don't forget there amazing Liquid Tech products.

As per previous contact with Donna she was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly well informed, able to patiently answer all my questions, and the subscription renewal all went smoothly. Donna’s professionalism is a credit to her, and in these days of ‘chat bots’ etc undoubtedly having someone like Donna in the Team is a real ‘business advantage/USP’ for Road Angel. Thank you Donna

Looks very neat and fits easily in my car. However, it must be made much clearer that you will need a fixed wiring kit in addition to the dashcam as this was not made clear. Only became apparent when the package was opened while at Halfords for the installation, so having to rebook the fitting.

The subscription on my Road Angel Pure was about to expire when I was contacted by Donna Emberton who was able to offer me a better deal than the main website. Donna was very friendly and professional and I took out a 3 year subscription which isn't available on the Road Angel website. Was definitely worth taking the phone call from Donna!

I contacted Road Angel by telephone prior to purchasing my halo pro. I was assured that this camera included potential collision detection and alerts as well as pedestrian alerts. I am extremely disappointed that this appears NOT to be the case!!

Very good, small dash cam, I've purchased the halo start cam, only had it a month and it's already captured my incident with a Deer, very worth while having and gives brilliant quality video.

I bought this and after 1 day I returned it, when on the motorway doing 70 the road angel was telling me I was on a 20mph limit, then on a duel carriage way doing 60 it told me I was doing 10mph and it was forever losing signal

Overall I ended up satisfied with my experience of the company, though there were some bumps in the road. My card did not work at first and had to be returned. The card appeared to be of a different manufacture, though the company assures me it is the same card in different packaging. Eventually I managed to get a refund, and have since bought a replacement card. This card works well and the dashcam is very good.

Love Road ange but hate constant reminders to upgrade I even sent my road angel to you and paid £119 with rquest that your remove the need for constant remders s well as "Report Incident" reminders, neither of which I want or do. This is our second Road Angel dash cam. Bought one when my husband bought a new car last year, and we found it so good that we decided to get one for my car. We've found with other cameras that are fitted to the windscreen can drop off the window when there is a change in the temperature overnight, because this is easily attached to the rear view mirror it is secure The picture quality is excellent, definitely a worthwhile purchase
