“I've been impressed, having started off being rather sceptical about how good the Halo View 2 Rear View Mirror and Dash Cam might be. However, the person I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions and explained things well. The delivery arrived very promptly and on time. Installing the camera and rear view mirror was far more straightforward than I had anticipated and required no specialist wiring or other skills. I am also impressed with the clarity of the rear view image which fills the 'mirror' and gives a very good impression of an actual rear view mirror. I would recommend this.”

“We have had 2 road angel pure units for about 4 years. The subscription is expensive but dealing directly with customer services rather than renewing online dues usually result in a discount. Recent updates (about 12 months) have always required plugging into a PC to complete. So not quite OTA.”

“My pure one has performed well although a mobile speed camera on the caterham by pass heading towards the M25 has not been logged.
Also on the M25 approaching junction 10 heading towards A3 clockwise the device locked up
But overall it’s performed as expected”
“After several months of realising that the Pure One does not work properly with heated windscreens, the change to a Pure V2 has been successful. It works very well. I think RA should inform buyers of the issue because it did cause hassle and 2 returned units before the solution was found. However, the tech team sorted it and now a happy customer, again!”
