I have the S800 moebot. I have for over 12 months been trying to find blades
I have asked constantly what I can use as they no longer make blades for the machine
I brought in at the end of 2021 so not old but unable to get blades and unable for them to suggest a solution
So basically the moebot is useless to me”

“It worked until it didn’t. I was going to give a good review, it did a good job. After 2-3 months it didn’t charge and turned off. Now it just stays on the orange light. It doesn’t charge or connect to app.
Purchased 24/2/23. Contacted RML 21/5/23 after a couple weeks trying to get it to reconnect myself. I got less than 3 months of use.
I contacted RML and got zero response to my email. So now I have a $700 piece of junk.
Got more value from a $300 vac. 2 years before it stopped working. Bitterly disappointed.
Buyer beware there is no support, no aftercare, and no warranty unless it arrived faulty in box.
Thanks for wasting my money.”

“So far I'm quite pleased with my PoolBot B150. Only had it for a short period so we'll see over time re longevity.
It takes a fair while to charge, around 5 hours I think. But that provides enough power for it to do a complete job cleaning the pool.
It has trouble getting the corners and areas where the floor meets the wall completely clean, but otherwise does a good job.”
“PoolBot B150, arrived 1week ago, took a while to receive but i am patient and was well worth the wait, we have a 8x4 mtr fibreglass pool that it cleans so well, we get a lot of leaves and fine debris in our pool and i was amazed when emptying the filter box how much it had collected in 90min, easy to operate just charge it up and put it in the pool and when it’s done the job it parks up to the side and you lift it out and charge up ready for next time, even had a call from the company to make sure we received it and were happy which was a first 😁”
“I am so disappointed in the service received on trying to get our faulty new Moebot S5 to work. Contacted customer support, Mario was great but now 6 weeks on still trying to get a resolution with no luck, now looking to take this to fair trading as nearly $1000 for this product might not seem much to them wasted, but it is to me. Was so excited to have purchased this with all the great reviews from product companies to have it turn into nothing but a headache and wasted money.”
“Purchased a Hobot Legee D7 last November. While the machine mopped and vacuumed pretty well it had issues with mapping, inability to return home, failing to clean designated areas. These technical issues continued & significantly impacted the usability & usefulness of the robot. Contacted customer service & provided detailed info on issues and was promised technical support on 28/11/22.
After waiting over December Xmas / New Year period still no response or contact from Robot My Life. Reached out again for support on 20/1/23 and promised technical support but no response.
Overall it may be a decent machine but plagued by technical issues which the company are apparently not interested in resolving in a timely manner. The customer after sales service has been virtually non-existent.”

“I order the Poolbot IB50 on 27th November 2022. The product was in stock according to the website. I ordered it from this company because they promised quick shipping and I needed it for xmas.
I tried calling the number on their website on 11/12 without success no-one answered. I emailed on the same date asking for an urgent update on my order. On 16/11 I finally received a reply to my urgent email. The reply was passive aggressive and stated that it "clearly states on the website that this is a pre- order product and that stock was delayed but would be arriving next week and should be shipped then. I checked the product page again and it didn't mention anything about being a pre-order item. I then checked all tabs and fine print, finally lost amongst a tiny paragraph in the "item description" on a different page i found a small sentence mentioning pre-order. I replied to the email advising that it was not clear that it was pre-order and had I know that, I most certainly would NOT have purchased it from them. I did not receive a reply to this. I followed up again on 27th Dec, still no answer. Then I get an automated email on 4th of Jan saying order has been shipped. I finally received it on 10th January, this morning. I plugged it in to charge it and it appears to be broken. I rang the office number and received a recorded message saying "your call cannot be answered please try again later". I have also emailed asking them to urgently contact me and am awaiting a reply.
I spent $799 on a product that appears to be broken. The customer service is non- existant. I have since read other peoples 1 star reviews and sincerely wish I had read them before I gave my hard earned money to this company!!
My advice to anyone is AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Shop elsewhere and save your money and your sanity.”
“I ordered and paid for a Hobot 388 window cleaner.
When it arrived, there was no power cord
They sent a cord, but it was missing a piece
They sent the missing piece
When we assembled it to use, it would not work
We sent the unit back for replacement or a refund
Now nearly 2 months later, we are getting a "run around" due to their "inspection process".
My advise is to not bother dealing with them.. find a more reliable provider”
