When I have any questions, I'm given thorough answers and even requested to give them a call to work through any finer details of what I require before purchase to ensure I don't order anything I don't need or anything incompatible. Rootlab has even offered to add extra moisture to substrates when prepping it for sale where required by the customer. Their sterilised products are super reliable so it's 5 stars all around here from me!”
