I am also given a membership collecting AED-5,500/- and they signed an agreement offering holiday package for 17 nights in the year 2021 . Last two years I am after them for booking holidays on occasions like birthdays , anniversaries until before 2 months they were sending reply just the previous day of booking through the booking was done well in advance they were saying lame excuses like the booking is unfortunately unavailable. Since last two months i have been sending mails and calling them in their given number mails were bouncing back and even phone number was dead. this proves that they have cheated people like me. could you please help in giving information about complaining against such money looters and frauds and get back the funds we gave them. they shold be prevented from cheating many people in the future too.
royalpalmholidays.com are Fraud Company dont go with them they are big cheater, I have booked my package but they never booked my any destination and I am emailing every dubai government officials

I am writing this email because of company called royalpalmholidays.com they have organised their campaign at sharjah and I booked their 20 days package with 4,000 AED and they have promised they will do their best but since that day they have booked my only one distationation after that they always ignore my email or giving me some unknown reason for no completed the booking since 8 months trying to book but they are not doing anything they are just making fool to their customer.

Since long time i am trying to book package but from your side always no response below is trail email you may read it and respond it back to me, and there is many more emails i have that emails are not responded as promised by your team, waiting for your reply otherwise i will go with legal action with dubai government that you are doing bluffing with customers.
They talked to me a lot and finally we fell in their agenda and I lost AED 10000. i read all this reviews after that :( , What can i do to get my money back .
I know many people have fallen in their scam.
