Very pricey and it seems more delicate than rugged. I also don’t like that Polaris ride command and rugged don’t communicate, vey frustrating! Once ride command is turned on the ride command Bluetooth overrides rugged Bluetooth and you lose the music to ride command and no longer hear it in the Rugged headsets!

Unfortunately, Bluetooth devices may prioritize connections differently or sometimes are not compatible with certain software being used, leading to the issue you've described. I made the mistake of purchasing at the sand sports show…… I had lots of questions, but there were too many people for your staff to really engage . Not your fault, just a frustrating experience.

To many part that should come with different systems Rugged keeps out of thete kits to charge more for later. Nickel and dime you to death.

I use to have problems with buzzing and reception so I switched to pci . But I took the rugged that I pulled out of my turbo s and put it in my Polaris xpedition and got your mounting plate all new wiring and intena. The dam radio now works awesome . And now my family and friends are doing exactly how mine is and they love them . The distance and how clear it works Good job
