“Good radios, took a little bit to get sensitivity figured out and set on head sets. Works very good now for in car communication and car to car. Coax wire is weak broke the first one by over tightening the antenna, it didn’t feel like I tightened it much.”

“Not want i was looking for. Contacting customer service is not easy. Still nobody has called me back and it's been 3 months! I've called 4 times about my issue and nothing. Stay away if you don't care about Contacting them.”

“Service and tech support were both outstanding. Questions I had up front were answered over the phone and when the product I received had an issue, it was rapidly solved with troubleshooting and replacement of the faulty connector.”

“I am in los Cabo's , emailed about info on purchasing a pkg. The response was great from California, the dealer in los Cabo's has not called. If I order it will be from California.”
