I will never install another Rugged radio all the cables cost way to much. Lots of other people selling radios with every thing you need and they don't nickle and dime people like rugged radio.

Rugged radios, by far I feel is the best out there... not only is the customer service great, the shipping is fast. One of the GREAT things about this company is the feel of Family no matter who or when you speak to them. and the Support they have for their community and all their Pink Radios :)

I have had several great experiences with Rugged. From talkint to them the first time at the Sand Sport Show and finding out just how to build the system I need to ordering and installing the equiptment to the great working relationship I have with the sales team

Love the radios, work exceptionally well. Only draw back is the need to put in a charge base. Would work easier for overlanding with a charge port.

We do understand the need for this option! Which is why we upgraded our GMR2+ handheld to include a USB charger directly to the battery for on-the-go charging. My wife and I purchased a side by side with a Rugged Radio M1/696 set up. Headsets, antenna ,filter, the works. I had no idea how to use it all so I called Rugged and talked to Owen (surfs up dude), and he was very accommodating in emailing me everything I needed. After of our trips, I got the M1 wet! It did not like that! Again I contacted Owen (totally rad, fer sure) and he advised me to send the radio in for repair. A gentleman from the repair team contacted me,The radio was a gonner (they don't care for water). Again I am not the original purchaser of this radio, however, the repair team offered me a trade-in, for a junk radio! Toward the purchase of a new waterproof M1, which I gladly and thankfully accepted. Installed the new radio, it works great, and now I don't have to worry about getting it wet. Their products definitely work as advertised and most times exceed my expectations and the support is world class! Great company with great people!

Customer service is top notch. Wonderful help with trouble shooting. The folks I talked to don't know all the products like a technician that does installations would, but they were great. I just wish rugged would make a better noise cancelling handheld mic. I have to use the headset to effectively communicate on my side by side while operating due to noise. The handheld mic with my gmr25 cannot be used due to the background noise. No one can understand me using the hand mic, but loud and clear with the headset.

Our riding group started a rugged radio deal to get all memebers on line with Rugged. We were offered a 20% club discount. The discount allowed us to purchase products any time vs. waiting for promotions. I reached out a couple weeks back for some repair produts and to confirm our disocunt and contacts were good.. I received a email conformation with updated contact and discout conformation that our 20% had not changed. A couple weeks later i placed an order and was told due to poor excuses used to uncessarliy increase or change agreements they had to reduce our discount to 15%......... Given the cost of these newer SXS machines, we have business people who like anyone with common sense when they hear a lame excuse for changing an agreement. "Due to higher gas prices, and other things we have to reduce your discount" .... Did not play well with our group...... ok dicounts can change, yet be honest as to why they change.... Everyday prices change due to changes...... Discounts normally dont change for this reason.....
