I got acquainted with your letter and remained very disappointed and dissatisfied. I regularly use delivery from sites such as Farfech or ASOS several times a month and have never encountered such problems. It usually takes 5 to 10 days for delivery. really slow delivery, shorts too small (not their fault obviously) but have just had to pay an additional £11 to return them from NI to UK - super slow, expensive returns, won't be using again
