I couldn't see a weight anywhere so was unaware how little chocolate there was until my packets arrived.
The chocolate was very nice but because there was so little I had to buy my friend another birthday present to go with her chocolates. Rather a disappointing experience.”
Hello Rachel, many thanks for your purchase and for taking the time and trouble to review us. All feedback is helpful for us. We do try to clearly label the weights for our chocolates (you can see both the number of chocolates in each pack (12) and the weight of each pouch (90g) on the product visuals - but apologies if this is insufficiently clear - we'll work to improve this.
Our chocolates use high quality (almost always British) ingredients from local growers we know (like fresh organic cream from the Cotswolds vs the usual palm oil from SE Asia), and our artisanal making-process which takes a couple of days (vs a couple of hours) is very different to mass-market brands which will certainly offer more 'chocolate' by weight for the money, but nowhere near the quality and taste. We know this because, ahem, we used to work for them.
So, we're glad you enjoyed the taste, but sorry you felt there weren't enough!
