“An excellent product range and customer service. I ordered 2 gifts and 1 box of items for myself, all within the same order - the ability to split an order to different delivery addresses at no extra cost was much appreciated. “Ordering fine on website, products great. Delivery by DPD not good. Parcel left outside building, did not even enter building, luckily we have good neighbours.”

“Panettone I purchased was a gift so I can’t comment on product itself. Delivery was slow. 2?weeks before it arrived. Was panicking a little thinking it wouldn’t arrive on time ... but it did. The gold tin was slightly dented ...could of being better protected. So for me to purchase again I guess it depends on how good it tastes.”

Thank you for your feedback. According to our records, your order was placed on 6th of December and successfully delivered on the 14th. While there were slight delays originating from our warehouse, caused by an unexpected surge in Christmas orders, additional unforeseen delays occurred due to the destination being in the Highlands. “I ordered several Christmas products and they have all been delicious! Panetonne, nougat and ameretti biscuits. One item was damaged in transit and it was refunded immediately. I will definitely order from Sacla again.”

“The package was never delivered. The reason given recipients refused it. The intended recipient never saw the package. It was not delivered to correct address. The plus side was that a credit was given quickly but I had to find another company to order my gifts.”
