“I puirchased a gift voucher so that a friend could experience some of your excellent products. The purchase didnt go smoothly and the voucher wasn't deliver. I did contact cusotmer support and promptly received help. After serveral attempts the agent was able to provide me with the code. I passed this onto my friend and they were able to make their purchase.”

“I have ordered some sauces which are new products and not yet in my local shops for myself and some to make a little hamper for my daughter along with some real fruit jellies for a friend. I had free post due to being over a certain amount and was quite surprised that my parcel arrived within 3 days of ordering. It was extremely well packaged and I was very impressed with the whole order process. I have purchased Sacla products including Vegan pesto so I have no doubt about the quality of the products, which are for Christmas.”

“The person I sent the parcels to was thrilled with the contents. The shipping could have gone better, firstly no update from the courier, then when they did get in touch they asked for a safe place, which I gave them. The packages were left in a nearby field, luckily it was on the recipient's land and he saw them when checking on the animals.”
