The only complaint and it isn't really is the time it takes to get here 10 days but I plan it in and tell my patients to allow time too. Oddly some have received their shipment sooner than 10 days. My is consistent and has been since the 1st order.”

My only tiny issue is that one time the coffee had bigger woody looking pieces that I had not seen before. I asked for clarification twice via e-mail just to make sure it was not defective. It was probably the grind, but I would have liked some reassurance. They never replied to me.”
