“i was most impressed with the excellent customer service offered by Scooter Village. We chose the wrong size after ordering but it was not a problem they adjusted the order and held it for an hour while i double checked. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“The scooter arrived quickly however there was so much plastic wrapping around it .. an environmental nightmare :( .. also it would have been so much better is you’d have provided an Allen key to help assemble it .. mums don’t usually have these types of things - thanks”
