“Scooter village sent my son's scooter out the day we ordered it, and it was delivered to our rural address in New Zealand within a week so on that front we were very happy. However, when we were removing the scooter from its packaging we noticed that the paint on the scooter was scratched right down to the metal which is disappointing. Also, when I ordered the scooter, I was surprised at what I was charged. I checked the exchange rate and found I had in fact been overcharged by approximately $20. Not a lot in the grand scheme of things but I did contact Scooter Village about this through their online chat option. As yet, they have not responded.”

“I ordered abec nine bearings and got sent Abec fives and when I sent an email no one ever got back to me looks like I’ll just have to shop at scooter hut from now on at least the reply to there customers”
