About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“This is a great product, well made, with excellent service. I ordered 2 pairs for my daughter and somehow my order went through wrong - this was quickly remedied with the £1 price difference waived, and they were promptly dispatched. The sleeves are well made, soft and comfortable, but of good quality, and have really done the job”

“I ordered two sets of the blue super hero pj's for my 4 year old who suffers with eczema. We tried cotton gloves at night but he kept pulling them off and scratching in his sleep, waking up with very sore patches. I was dubious about trying something else but so glad I did. These pj's are amazing! The silky material on the hands means his skin doesn't get damaged when he attempts to scratch and the improvement on his legs/feet is great. Very prompt service. I highly recommend this company and their products.”

“My little one (18 mo) has started pulling his own hair at night and even pulling it out. I have been worried about it for some time and randomly came across scratch sleeves so decided to try a pj top. We are 3 nights in and it has certainly stopped him doing it and he doesn't seem to bothered about not having his hands free aswell. A great product to try that I would certainly recommend.”

“Can’t recommend this company enough. We’ve been using scratchsleeves for years and actually don’t know how we’d cope without them. Super fast dispatch and delivery on orders, mostly next day. Any issues I’ve had I’ve contacted by phone and had it rectified straight away. I’ll always go back and purchase, they’re worth their weight if you have a child with eczema. 5 stars every time!”

“Our daughter scratches her ankles terribly at night due to her ezcema, these dungarees have been a lifesaver, although they do come up small. First class customer service and fast delivery. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered a superhero pyjama top and cape when we were desperate to help my little boy. He would go to sleep itching from his eczema and wake up in the morning covered in blood. It was very distressing. The first night he wore the pyjamas with silk mittens he woke up with no blood on his pillowcase or pyjamas sleeves. They really helped us manage his eczema during the awful flare ups - and I whole heartedly recommend them to anybody else struggling. On a side note, I didn’t realise how popular the superhero cape would be. My son loves it but so did his little brother - my mistake was only ordering one.”

“Super fast dispatch; even on a bank holiday weekend and we’re really pleased with the product. Our little girl had gotten stuck in a terrible itch/scratch cycle after an eczema flare up and despite getting on top of the eczema was awake for hours every night scratching and crying; it was heart breaking and exhausting. Within a week of her pj top arriving she was sleeping all night. We’re sorry we didn’t review immediately but wanted to wash it a couple of times and see how it fared, but we’re delighted with that too even through the tumble drier. TOP MARKS ALL ROUND”

“I have several lots of scratch sleeves and they work for better than scratch mitts which come off easily and few lots of pjs for both of my kids if you want to stop your kids from scratching themselves to bits at night then do try these out”

“Amazingly fast delivery. Ordered 12 and they were here the next day. They are great. Cannot be removed like mittens/socks. Lovely soft abd siilky so don't rub on any sores. Used these when daughter was a baby and need them again now shes older. Shes comfy and happy which is the main thing. Also using them for 5 month old. Love them.”

“I am so grateful for discovering scratchsleeves which have been an absolute godsend to our lives. My baby developed excema all over her face and body from around 4 months of age and would only really feel comforted enough to sleep by sleeping on me or her dad at night which was just not sustainable for us longterm. When we did put her in her cot she would be constantly itchy and scratching, tearing at her face with her usual cotton scratch mittens. What I found is that with her regular cotton mittens which we either built into her baby grow or separate ones that I put on each night, the cotton fabric was still rough and her face would get really sore and also her fingers would escape the mits and she would hurt herself. So she was caught in an itch scratch cycle where she just couldn't sleep as if she rubbed her face through tiredness it would get itchy and sore, she would then rub more and cry and so it went on like this all night every night with her mits often covered in blood and her face red raw. I pinned all my hopes onto scratchsleeves even though I knew I shouldn't but was so desperate for something that would help my baby to sleep. Above all the other things I have implemented like oilatum baths,steroid creams, dietery changes etc. scratchsleeves are by far the standout thing that have made the biggest difference to our lives. Our baby can now rub her eyes and face out of tiredness or itchyness without hurting herself and no longer spends her nights caught in the itch scratch cycle. They worked almost instantly really, she still gets itchy and sratches at he face but because the mits have a dual layer of cotton and soft silk, she cant actually hurt herself, she no longer scratches incessantly and her skin has the chance to heal at night. She has a little rub or scratch and carries on sleeping because she can't actually hurt herself. I use the original scratchsleeves for daytime naps and the pj sets for nights as they are nice and cosy and my baby is really comfy in them. I did have an issue where the pj top had a hole in it after just one wear and scratchsleeves immediately sent me a replacement as well as a complimentary scratchsleeves by way of apology which was a really helpful gesture. I also really like that they design the p&p to fit through a standard letterbox as that is really helpful if your not at home, at least you will not have to go and find your item with a neighbour or at the post office depot; life with an excema baby is stressful enough! I really can't fault this company in any way; an exsemplary product, great customer service and really useful info on their website to help with life with an excema baby. Thank you so much scratchsleeves!”

“The scratch sleeves arrived quickly and are great. We were finally able to do some sleep training with our ten month old (instead of rocking him to sleep, which we previously did to avoid having him scratching his face). The only downside is that he can’t really retrieve his soother when he loses it while wearing the scratch sleeves, but you can’t have everything!”

“I bought them for my DD, who has multiple food allergies and severe eczema. She couldn't sleep at night because of itching. After using these amazing sleeves her skin is much better now and she sleeps well at night. It's an excellent product with free first class UK delivery. My daughter is very tiny so I use one size smaller than her age. It's better to measure your child's wingspan before order. They let me exchange for free one of the pair which was wrong size. They even sent me a prepaid envelope to return the unused pair. I'm very pleased with their customer service. Thank you very much for this great invention.”
