About ScratchSleeves:

ScratchSleeves are invaluable in coping with itchy, scratchy babies and children. The smooth silk mitts minimise damage, allowing your little one's skin time to heal, while the sleeve design ensures that ScratchSleeves stay firmly in place. Stopping babies, toddlers and young children scratching themselves can be a real challenge, especially as they get older and can take off traditional scratch mitts.

ScratchSleeves are effective for all sorts of scratching and irritation including eczema, chicken pox, scab-picking, post-operative healing, ear pulling and poking, overly enthusiastic thumb sucking and even hair pulling.

“The perfect, comfortable garment to provide stress free fun for a child with eczema. Our son wears sleeves wether he is in the bath, painting, playing or sleeping as they are so comfortable and not restrictive.”

“Excellent service from the Scratch sleeves team. I initially placed an order but forgot to add an item. They didn't charge me extra and I just paid the difference. The sleeves are amazing. We prefer the velcro cross front as it stays on through the night. Baby sleeps comfortable in them. All scratching has stopped and his skin has been able to heal. Fabric is soft with no hems and doesn't get hot at night, we use it over his all-in-one. Really happy, we bought 2 plus the pyjama set.”

“After a 6 weeks of my 20 month old scratching his face every night and nap time, creating awful sores, we have used these “sleepy mittens” for only a week and his face has healed. I was worried that he would be upset at wearing them but surprisingly is happy to put them on, having explained in advance. They are so soft and beautifully made. I am very grateful and highly recommend.”

“These products have been absolutely brilliant for us. Our baby has severe eczema and will try and scratch constantly. The silk ends mean she does far less damage to her skin when rubbing overnight. I highly recommend to anyone with a youngster struggling with eczema.”

“My son had just moved into 6-9 baby grows and from this age none of them seem to come with the built in scratch mits. He suffers badly with eczema on his forehead and scratches at it a lot in his sleep. I had tried everything to stop him, including the socks on the hands trick, all to no avail. Another mummy friend suggested scratch sleeves to me and we haven't looked back since. They stay on all night and my 6 month old has even soothed himself to sleep rubbing the silk bit on his face but above all they have stopped him scratching his eczema. I couldn't recommend scratch sleeves enough, they are fab!”

“I had been looking for something suitable for my baby with eczema which started at 3 months old. Regular mitts weren't effective as she always managed to get them off. The scratch sleeves are fantastic as they stay on & she's not able to damage her skin. Great service, items are always delivered quickly. Would highly recommended.”
