“Fantastic products, I've bought a couple of bits the past couple of months, all have been fairly quick to dispatch after preorder period. My favourite has got to be the First 4 Figures Shadow statue, have been debating for months whether to take the plunge, so pleased I did. I really hope they continue to add statues and more in the future. The monthly pins have been so good also, please PLEASE continue to make those.”

“Quality item, but didn't realise that it's printed on a transparent paper that looks white in the SEGA Shop photos. I'll be having this framed, but there's not much of edge on the print for framing.”

“Products arrive in good condition. My only complaint is the shipping time. Last year I ordered some items a month ahead of Christmas and they still didn't arrive on time. From what I understood it was due to Royal Mail having issues at the time and it took forever to enter my country. My last order involving two pins also took way longer than expected. It was stuck in customs for a very long time, I was worried they would make me pay extra taxes due to coming from the UK when I had already paid VAT. I understand this is out of reach for the Sega Shop as these are issues regarding the mail services themselves.”
