About Sensory Education:

The Team at Sensory Education have been offering sensory toys and special needs toys and educational supplies and educational equipment since early 2009 and have gained a reputation for providing sensory toys and special needs toys and school equipment at prices lower than our sensory toy and Education rivals.
We supply sensory toys to mums, dads, schools, charities and the NHS along with all other customers who wish to purchase some sensory toys and special needs items
All our sensory toys and sensory lighting products allow you to explore your senses in a fun way.

“Disgusting service and communication! I ordered 5 weeks ago, I’ve contacted 3/4 times to explain I’ve not received my order and I’ve had absolutely no contact at all! Working in a school I’d never ever order or trust this company again!”

Hello In your DPD delivery app, the settings for failed deliveries are set as default. If you login to the DPD app this will allow you to configure your default delivery setttings. To avoid failed deliveries DPD also alert you of planned delivery times within a one hour slot and also allow you to rearrange delivery if you are not going to be in. Therefore if you failed to respond they would send the goods to your local collection point.

“Horrendous company to deal with. Impossible to speak to anyone to get clarification on delayed items, just a series of incredibly rude emails. Live chat does not work either. Will not be using again.”

“First time using Sensory Education and was impressed initially with the good prices offered. Placed an order for 3 items and paid. A week later we received a refund for one of the items, no explanation as to why or any offer of a replacement. We received the 2nd of 3 items and although it was an order placed it was not the item that was out for delivery. Emailed Sensory Education received a reply to say the query was with the warehouse and would get a response in 3-5 days !. Still not received outstanding item or had an indication of when it will be out for delivery. I may be being a little harsh but offering good prices, although great, if the overall service to back the good price up isn't there then return business is unlikely”

“I am very pleased with the product ordered now that it has finally arrived, but what a wait! I had to phone twice to follow up and was starting to get concerned. Hopefully this will prove to be a once off issue as I fully intend to purchase from sensory education again now that I see it is indeed a genuine company.”

Looking into your issue, your order was accidentally placed on hold as we had you down on half term break as an educational establishment and we hold them orders back to avoid failed deliveries and return of goods. I am super happy to hear your issue has now been resolved and we look forward to serving you again in the future :)

“Emailed as soon as I placed my order and I see when I could expect delivery. I was told 3-5 days. Over two weeks later it arrived and when I have contacted customer services I have had no help or support and in fact they want to charge me for restocking. Had we had any sort of service at all I would have this company on my list for our extensive shopping but now I wouldn’t ever use them or recommend them. Total lack of customer service and support!!”
