“Terrible - we tried to speak to them about so many issues and were not interested So many parts came broken and forgot to deliver the glass!! Will never use again”

“I first bought a log cabin from Shire, and was very impressed with the quality of materials and the ease of building the Cabin. When I wanted a new shed, I didn't look anywhere else. However, I am now very disapointed with this shed, the quality of the wood is very poor, and the standard of workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. On the floor alone nails have missed the joist on many occasions, wood splitting on the walls, not the standard I was expecting. I will soon be replacing another shed, and will be putting a log cabin in it's place, but I will now be looking elswhere.”

“I found that the uprights were warped, which made assembly at the front difficult (at the rear, the full-size panels tended to pull the uprights into true as the screws were put in. The beginning of the roof felt roll was damaged by the impact of heavy objects, meaning my first wedge of felt was wasted since I discovered a hole in it. This meant a full roll of new felt had to be purchased near the end, jusf for the sake of 3 of the narrow strips. Since assembly as per the instructions, I have stiffened the top corners at the front (6) with decorative angle brackets. Also I made the roof more secure by custom-bending 6 flat brackets to join the roof ribs to the unprights. I am planning to fit decorative brackets either end of the balustrades to add some mid-height rigidity. Mr Stephen Booth 3.9.25”

“Delivery driver was very helpful. Overall very pleased with the quality and thickness of the shed panels, a few pieces were damaged, ends of the gable panels (mainly covered) a section of the floor panel had a large gap where the wood had split and would have been very visible. Had to turn around so the wall panels covered gap. Only issue now is the groove for the floor is at the front under the doors, just need to fill in the groove with a tongue size piece of wood. Boss is happy, just a couple of bits left to do. Thanks Rob”

“Order and delivery all very good. Quality of the gaeden wooden green house come potting shed is very good. Having a totally flat slabed based upon which to place the building aided in the construction,. Installation instrction easy to follow though the joining of the respective panels as laid out in the instructions is not the best fit. Fitting the glass etc is stright forward.”

“I purchased the Pixie playhouse from shire garden and it is giving my little granddaughter lots of fun she loves her own little space. I have put photographs on here so you can see the stages of making it Daisy’s perfect little playhouse Delivery was fine and communication with the company also fine no issues at all …happy customer!”

“Poor quality workmanship timber of poor quality and with some sections bowed beyond belief delivery not much better with elements missing although on raising the issue was sent down separately within 48 hrs but overall disappointed”
