“So far so good, delivery was great and the driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. We haven't yet built the playhouse as it's for my daughter's birthday and we bought it in advance in case of long wait times. This proved not to be necessary as it was all very quick and efficient!”

“Purchased a child’s playhouse and the product itself is ok and quite well built but let down by two things, first of all the day of delivery we waited in untill 7.30 pm checking the tracker which was saying delivery on its way then nothing turned up and no phone call or text message to inform us or apologies,
It was then delivered early the next day and the delivery guy who could hardly speak or understand English was going to dump it at the front of the house not in the garden until my daughter persuaded him to bring it into the garden,
When I put the playhouse together and unrolled the felt for the roof it was damaged and 1m short so wasn’t long enough to complete the roof, I telephoned the company next day who eventually said they would send a new roll of felt and 3weeks have passed and still not delivered !!”

“Amazing purchase. Our 3 year old became the most happy child because of this playhouse and finally wanted to come out to the garden rather than watch tv.
My partner and I built the house together, I’m 8 months pregnant so can assure you if you have brain for it there isn’t much strength needed! Very good quality and if you seal this properly children can definitely have a sleepover there x

“Really disappointed with this playhouse for the money. So many pieces of wood were in terrible condition, one piece fell apart. The lock on one of the windows was broken. Robert Dyers were great and offered us some compensation however the quality of the wood should have been checked before it got to us.
My daughter also found a shard of metal in with all the pieces of wood which could have ended really badly.”
Thank you for your feedback, and I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience with the playhouse. It's concerning to learn that you received wood in poor condition and encountered a broken lock. Additionally, the discovery of a shard of metal is completely unacceptable and could have posed a serious safety risk.

“I purchased a 6x12 Shire wooden greenhouse and overall am pleased with the result for the price paid. Pros - delivery was good and securely packaged (what looks like securing wood is actually the base, don't unscrew it), the parts were correct, instructions were pretty clear (some pictures could be clearer) and the finished article looks good and feels solid. Cons - quite a lot of the window beading was slightly too long, the opening window frames weren't quite straight so two don't close properly, some screws were too long and came out the other side of the wood and some of the methodology was bizarre with screws supposed to be going in at angles, looking awful and causing the wood to split (we just screwed them straight).
Anyone purchasing needs to be aware that it takes a very long time to construct (over two full working days). This is mostly due to the window construction which I would much rather pay more for and be able to slot in and seal like uPVC windows. I would suggest joining the base together, which the instructions specifically say doesn't need doing. I would also arm yourself with a good range of your own screws. The one thing that really annoyed me was the painting/sealing instructions. I was dithering between painting before or after construction but following the instructions left it until we were finished. This was a huge mistake as by that point the roof windows were all sealed down onto the wood below making it impossible to paint the entire structure the same color. We will now need to fit an extra painted piece of wood over the bottom of the windows to hide the orange finish of the supplied wood.”

“Received my garden playhouse promptly, by a very helpful and amenable delivery driver. Instructions for assembly were pretty good and house looks great. The only issues were one of the pieces of wood for the roof section was like a banana, which made it tricky to get the roof to sit nicely, and one of the side wall panels had some gaps.
If there was any improvement to be made I would suggest a better method of installing the windows. Fixing those small batons was a real hassle and I have to admot I cracked 2 of the plastic panels slightly.
Otherwise very pleased with it.”
“We are very pleased with our shire 6x8 greenhouse, it took a couple of days to build because we opted to paint it with a quality outdoor paint to prolong its lifespan although it was already treated and the treatment looked very good and even .. assembly was fairly straightforward and I managed to erect it myself although I do have fairly good diy skills .. instructions were clear and concise .. had a small issue with the triangular glass for the eaves as these were very tight fitting and needed a little persuasion to get in place with the help of a small plane.. all in all it was a pleasure to build and is now full of lovely produce .. thank you .. I would recommend .. we are now the envy of all our gardening friends.”
“Very nice looking glasshouse. Good glass and timber frame. A little difficult for average DIYer, but with someone who is retired carpenter, the jib wasn't too bad. Leisurely 3 days in total. Some pieces were not quite the right size. The automated window openner not sent, but no problem in getting that delivered. All in all, the glasshouse very smart.”

“Delivered on time with excellent communication. Assembly as expected, it’s a wooden structure, so as expected, not engineered for exact fit. Some tweaking, particularly on the roof, but, happy with the result. Some small gaps in the roof, overcome with additional beading bought separately.”
“Just got round to erecting my Bison 14 x 10 workshop,and I must say it went together well,no major problems everything just slotted together without a lot of bother,took 3 of us about 4 hours to have it watertight, and then about another couple of hours to put the finishing touches to it, it is certainly a good quality and well built building,everything was supplied that we needed to complete the job, all in all a great building that hopefully will last me many many years.”
“Overall, we are really pleased with our new outside space☺️Its pretty solid, and very good value for money. Would definitely recommend using clear sealant, not just around the inside and outside of the windows, but also under the sills inside and outside. It finally rained today, and it did leak a bit from underneath, so got sealing!”
