“The design and materials are good, however the nail guns used to assemble the panels is over powered and the nails are actually holding very little as they are almost through the panels. The nails for the felt are supposed to be 13mm but are 6mm and completely useless, I bought the correct ones myself. The instructions were good apart from advising to put the outside strips on after fitting the roof, they should be fitted before. The doors and windows were a poor fit, overly large and I had to have them adjusted by a local carpenter at an additional expense.”

“Very disappointing. Soaking wet inside on all sides when it's raining photos have been sent as proof.My old summerhouse was far on front of this new one. Very very upset after costing money to paint and have erected In my opinion not fit for purpose I await your comments .”

“I purchased agarden house a few weeks back via wayfaire. The item came in good time, though the actual item is flimsy and not really fit for purpose. When build ing we found that the wood material wasnt finished very well nor was it study. Infact when putting in the plastic windows the inside support began to give way. for the money i expected much more”

“In principle a good Summerhouse. However in our opinion it requires a stronger floor and roof sheet and better and longer roof joists to support the front verandah overhang. It also requires a heavier duty roof felt. We did all of these.”

“The order and delivery process was very smooth. The driver was very helpful. The wood for the summerhouse has lots of niggly defects, which are annoying but relatively minor. For example, a bit chipped out above one of the windows, a cracked board above the door, and a piece which goes between two sections internally that had a large chunk missing. We were painting it all anyway so just used woodfiller and then painted over it. For the price paid, however, we would have expected better quality, but now it is painted it looks good and we are happy with it.”

“Other than changing out delivery date as their machine that was cutting the summer house had broken, everything was smooth sailing and it was great. The driver kept in touch and moved all of the shed to a safe place for me.”

“It was delivered on the day I chose the time I chose the instructions were brilliant easy to put together. The only thing I didn’t realise it didn’t have drill holes already in it but I should’ve read that first once up absolutely brilliant solid perfect size children love the new playhouse it’s the size of a small shed really the customer service from the company is amazing delivery very good as in times and gate the delivery man was very grumpy but he probably had a hard day but the product itself I so recommend this company will be using them for all my needs to do with sheds playhouse et cetera in the future”

“I thought the building was well designed, but the quality of the component parts could of been better, several parts I had to remanufacture, specifically the roof panels. Generally quite pleased with the finished product but had to refinish quite a few items to achieve the finish you see in photos”

“Lovely summerhouse. Love the shape and dimensions. However, I suggest design could be improved to include a window opening ( fan light )and provide hooks for top and bottom of the doors to pin them back. I have added hooks myself. Thanks .”

“Now living in France. Purchased our second summer house for second house. It's now built assembled in sleepy Normandy. Here's a photo awaiting it's decking which we'll do next time. Great product and reliable delivery service.”
