“Delivery was interesting, just left the whole lot in a pile where I needed to assemble it! Had to move the whole lot from the prepared base first to enable to put it together. Parts not really labelled easily. A number/letter code would have helped that got cross referenced to the instructions (which were good). Signs of wood weathering before I even treated. Hinges/fixings do not match from summerhouse and attached shed (black and silver) Screws on shed fittings rusting already < 3months.”

“Quite disappointing, not good quality, was very difficult to put together. For a very expensive purchase I really regretted it the moment I saw it finished. There have been bits and bobs that have already worn away or fell off, like the window cross. Nice idea but poor quality and very expensive so so wouldn’t recommend this particular playhouse”

“I purchased a small slim shed for storing dirty boots at the back door. The instructions and materials were adequate for someone who has DIY skills. Because the base is small and light there’s a degree of flex and twist in the structure. I have painted it and hope that once I have installed some shelves this will solve the issues. Woujd recommend”

“Had to strengthen roof due to sagging roof as spars only 35mm thick with 9mm roof boards and same with floor Had to plain windows to fit openings and trim back overhanging boards very poor quality if I wasn't a joiner it would of been returned”

“Building parts didn’t line up particularly well, took a lot of adjustment to try and get it to go together / look right. Still gaps in places. We’re commercial contractors, I think DIY might struggle. Right idea, needs a bit of extra detail to finish. Given cost, relatively good value”

“For the price, and from the best shed manufacturer in the UK i was a little disappointed to begin with in a few areas but over all, now some times passed and i can over look small details such as the odd split/broken edges on some slats likely done loading and offloading, on 1 piece of the floor joists were wonky”

“Good quality arbour. It took a couple of hours with two of us to erect it. The roof panels did not fit snugly together so we've had to add some thin strips of wood to make it water tight. But overall really pleased with it.”

“I love my Shire CornerArbour. Staff at Shire were very helpful and delivery was excellent and timely. The arbour is of good quality material and is sturdy. Looks fab at night as my Landscape Gardening Team electrician fitted lights under the roof and seat. Many thanks. I. Brown North Tyneside”
