“Frame and floorboards much thinner and weaker than we expected. Panels are already splitting and we haven't even started to use the shed. Will have to purchase addtional OSB boards to provide more stability to the floor...would not recommend.”

“Building now installed and looks good. Very pleased overall but two comments to make. The clout/felt nails provided are too short and need to be longer. The installation needs at least two skilled and strong people . We had to recruit several strong family members to help put it together especially lifting the roof on.”

“Excellent little summer house, seems to be good timber with no splits or cracks in any of the panels. Delivery was excellent too, liked the tracking feature and the delivery guy was such a nice helpful bloke. Just got to timbercare it on a dry day and assemble it.”

“Overall we are pleased with the gazebo and consider it good value. The only disappointment is the flooring, which was decking in our previous one but planking in this. I am aware that this is more costly, but worth the diffrerence in price.”

“Half of it doesn’t fit together properly, got missing parts, windows don’t even close or open properly at the window holders, one window has started jamming and doesn’t shut, the roof wobbles or bends, the porch doesn’t look like it goes together very well, doors don’t line up, wood started cracking I’m trying to see what options I have to get a replacement or refund which is a shame as it’s a beautiful looking shed if I had known what it was going to be like or start breaking early on I wouldn’t have wasted so much money on it”

“We bought a Summer house & was so pleased we decided to buy a new shed. Both look really great. Could not fault delivery or service One small problem was that there was no timber to fit the front fascia to. I had some spare timber here that I used.”

“The wood was dropped off by a single person who would have struggled on his own had i not helped. I had to chase up several times for the instructions. Quite a number of the lengths were bowed and/or twisted, making the build harder as i had to use clamps and other tools to qet them together. Several of the lengths had knot holes on the edges which meant i had to use wood filler in various places. I used many of my own screws as i felt the ones supplied were not up to the job. I also used some of my own felt nails as there was insufficient supplied in my opinion. The door frame i believe could have been better and the door could have been taller. Am over six foot tall. Because of the bowed and twisted A and B lengths, the corners had gaps which had to be filled to make watertight. This is my third log build recently and the only one to have given me that much trouble i wanted to have returned it. It is however, just about finished.”

“Well really badly made, the timber was mostly warped, really difficult to put together, window and door very poor, pieces missing, different instructions, dont waste your money”
