“Why? Why? Why? Yuk! Yuk! Yuk!
I wish I hadn't bothered!
To get free posting I ordered two packs of each product. Such an enormous amount of packaging - plus the fact that the fried eggs come in non recyclable black pastic pots - very hard to justify this on sustainable grounds.
The frozen items arrived thawed out, leaking and broken. Sinless did give me a full refund which was great.
I tried the poached, fried and egg roll. There is an overwhelming, and lingering after, taste of pumpkin (the yellow) and the white is tasteless. Not at all nice
I thought this would be nice but all products were horrible.
If you're vegan, don't bother to replace eggs. It's mad! The carbon footprint of these must be huge. No justification.”
“I was so excited to receive them and I was so incredibly disappointed! They were tasteless and the texture was awful. Waste of money honestly. I just threw them all out :(”
“Eggs thawed & slimy on arrival. Put in freezer in case they would still be ok & sent an email asking this. Received reply saying no should be frozen & to send order nos & any pics to facilitate refund. Didn’t have pics cause had put straight in freezer. Didn’t receive a reply to 2 further emails.”
Hi Sarah, thanks for your message. We have shipped your order on the 13th of May. After checking the tracking number, seems that your parcel has been lost by the courier. “Hated the fried and the poached eggs, too much black salt made them smell like eggs gone off. Also hated that they sent another batch even though I'd already said I hated them.”
“I bought Sinless fried eggs. They arrived quickly and were frozen. The packaging was ginormous. I defrosted one over night and fried it with my breakfast. I didn't like it at all - the smell was unpleasant, the texture was unpleasant, the taste was unpleasant and the feeling afterwards in my stomach was unpleasant. I spent a silly amount of money buying 2 packs in an attempt to make up for the high postage costs per unit. Now I am left all the poorer and have freezer space being taken up with them!”

We have just pulled out our records, and we can see the we have shipped your order on the 8th of November 2023.
On the 17th of November, you made us aware that you were still waiting for the parcel. After investigation we did find out that the parcel went lost. We clearly sent you a replacement, but we did not get any feedback till today about damaged items.
In December 2023, we replaced our logistic partner with someone more reliable, and since then, missing parcels and/or damaged items complaints have dropped by 95%.
So, we would like to make it right with you, and mostly we would like you to try our products and find out how amazing they are as many peoples love them.
