“Pilates Circle - arrived very quickly. Bought as we use these in Pilates class and I wanted to be able to continue some exercises at home. Good quality circle which comes with excellent picture instructions which can be hung on wall as aide Memoire. Highly recommended”

“I bought the Pilates roller and the accompanying Head Align Dynamic, to help stretch out muscles in my shoulder. Using the roller had a quick impact on me so made me wish I had listened to the health professionals, who had been telling me for some time a roller would be beneficial for me. Useful exercise sheets included, showing there are many ways to use them. Would recommend to others. Items were well packaged and delivered on time.”

“Seriously brilliant device very effective for calming the mind, very efficient also on back pains. At first using this acupressure mat, you have to try and gently adjust gradually to this strange feelings and I'd compared it to the chicken that is trying to build its nest for roosting in the end your body naturally gives ways to its comfort. Very potent healing tool.”

“Does what it says on the tin. I have had good improvement with my lower back pain and posture after using this wobble cushion regularly. I received a red one when I ordered a black one but I kept it anyway, as I had to put it inside a cushion cover as it feels very cold to sit on without one in this cold country. Would recommend!”
