“I purchased the Sissel Classic Large Orthopaedic Pillow, which was a replacement for the Sissel pillow I've had for several years. Should have replaced it much sooner! I can't recommend this product highly enough - it gives excellent support, and sleep is improved as it supports the head and neck in just the right position. I even take it on holiday.”

“Products too small, flimsy pump valve which broke with minimum effort, back support very narrow. Sissel sitting plus packaging showed signs of previous use, the product itself also had either toe or finger prints on it.”

Hi John, Thank you for the review. We would like to address the points you raise here; The "Flimsy pump which broke" we have never had this issue before so it seems strange to us as we sell many of the sitfit plus. The "narrow back support" what you ordered was a back pad which works in conjunction with the Dorsaback, the pad is meant to give additional support to the Dorsaback not work as a stand alone product. The "Prints" on the product, Sissel manufacture these products so we can track all the way though the process so not sure how they would have any prints on them, again this is a complaint we have never had before. With all the complaints above feel free to send us some photos and we can try to correct any issues you have. Please send the images to info@sisseluk.com and we will gladly assist you.

“Sissel's customer service has been excellent. They have responded to my questions quickly and are very helpful. I have bought a spine fitter for myself and have now set up a trade account so I can purchase spine fitters for my physio and pilates clients.”
