“Yes, I made a purchase, then asked for a return. I sent 2 items back and only received credit for 1 item so far. I am not happy with the amount of time it takes to get a refund. The items were never used and only 1 was taken out of the box. The items need to have dimensions on the description.”

“Had to buy another sub because one of mine broke but that wasn’t your fault it wa was do to installing my box wrong but fast shipping and I’m back up and running like nothing ever happened 3 days from time of purchase till I got my sub”

“I’m very pleased ordering from skar the shipping is great and everything I have purchased has been excellent I had a 12 inch sub go bad and within a couple hours I had a new replacement in the mail so I’d refer skar to every one”

“I got my order on time and in perfect condition. When I went to a shop to get everything installed, they installed everything but put holes in both my new 6×9s. It wasnt Skars fault by any means and they sent me 2 brand new 6×9s to replace the ones that were busted by the shop I went to. I really appreciate it and you guys have a customer for life🙏”
