“The sub and amp are great but the wiring kit is pretty garbage. Only the supplied RCA wires worked. I had to use wiring I had laying around in order to get my amp to power on.”

“I was told it was being shipped by 3 different carriers. Told it would be delivered on a specific day only to be told the next day it would be 4 more days( i would not have taken all my door panels off my truck) there was never an explanation as to why i was told it was being delivered via fed Ex, then UPS, then USPS and no one really tried to correct anything Ive shopped with you for years and products are great, just was very disappointed at the lack of concern that we could not track our package and that the website gave specifics on delivery and that what not accurate”

“My box was extremely damaged upon delivery and my actual sub box has a pretty big ding in it. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of packaging but I can provide it of my sub box.”

“Only can turn my stuff up halfway because it sounds distorted, someone failed to tell me my 2024 GMC truck will need a update to the radio which I'm still waiting for. May not work if they can't find an update.”

“Okay when I first installed the sub it wasn’t play at all then I went in to the box and figure out my problem, but my 800watt can’t even play the sub, and every time I get the normal d12 sub they blow in the first week at this point I don’t know what subs to get from yall to last a month+ I can’t fit 8s into my box because it’s a 2009-2014 box, do I just keep buying d12s and keep blowing up or what, im very upset about this I would like a refund of my set up or send me more then 1 12 at this point and u may ask is the amp tuned right, yes it’s tuned for 12s only, I’m so confused on what to do now so I got a sub in my truck that don’t play and I got 2 in my room that blown in one month.”

“I think yall really need to have knowledge about car audio cause I brought speakers and sound deadening it really make no difference unless I amplifier the speakers and upgrade the head unit”
