“The reviews lead me to believe it would be very loud but if I turn it up the speakers start making a weird sound like they’re overextending. I put a controllable circuit breaker in and measured the amp draw. I’m only drawing 700 watts at 1 ohm. I have two duel 4 ohm 10 inch subs running at 1 ohm altogether. These are rated for 800rms and I can’t run frequencies higher than 60 hertz with dynamics frequencies like a regular song without hearing that cone sound. Sounds like it slamming into the top of the cone or something. At a stable tone they run fine 800+ but as soon as you play a song they make the sound well under 800. ~500. Sorta expecting more but they're still good for the price.”

“Terrible not at all what I was expecting bass is minimal very unhappy every set of kickers I've ever owned would blow these out of the water and people are comparing these to jl audio they wouldn't stand a chance I've owned both jl and kicker these don't hold a flame to them very disappointed will never purchase anything else from scar as long as I live”
