“Website said the sub was in stock and I even got an email saying it shipped but it never arrived so I emailed and they said it was out of stock and it took almost 2 weeks to ship”

“the box it came with is bigger than i anticipated so it doesn't fit in my trunk of my Chevy impala, my fault obviously. but i took my car in to get the sub installed. The guy doing the installation seemed like hes done it many times and i trusted him to do a good job, and when i went to get my car the next day he told me that the amp was broken, so i thought maybe i got a dud but no, the RCA connections snapped off, which were held by a thin piece of plastic and wasn't even connected to the motherboard, just barely making metal to metal contact, very disappointed in the amp but the sub woofer and box are defiantly worth the money. very good quality.”
