“Hello, I’m not pleased with these subwoofers. They have the correct power being supplied to them but when the voice coils get just a little bit warm they begin to burn and smell very bad. I’ve never had this issue with Sundown audio subwoofers. Please explain to me why they are designed to heat up so fast and smell bad. I’ve been an audiophile for over 20yrs and something out of the box should not respond to power like this.”

“I recieved an amp that was automatically in protection mode when I wired it up. Nothing is wrong with the wiring, the speaker, or the battery. Will be returning for warranty.”

“You say my opinion matters but when I tried to use my warrenty which was filed in December and it expired in February you didn’t care then and I still did business with y’all when I shouldn’t have and I rep y’all’s Brand with out your knowing what I whip and how clean my build is showcasing your brand you guys are some chumps honestly all I asked for was credit towards another amp and I’d pay the difference for the skv2.4500.1d and my trade in was a3500.1d sad to say but I was a very loyal customer idk where my relationship with your brand is heading after this”
