“My amp and wiring kit I ordered work great. However my bass nob that was included came in broken. The nob itself is loose and wiggly. I was wondering how I can get a new one shipped to me”

“The SK-M9005D | 900 Watt 5-Channel Car Amplifier gets hot!!! too hot, you need to revise the cooling!!! the amp needs more punch at low volume, at half to 3/4 volume on deck it sounds ok without getting huge distortion, The amp should have a speaker connection block like the rest of the series as well instead of the hi input style plug that you offer, it makes the amp look cheap & cheesy!!!”

“I love this box, amazing lows and the design is very solid. Ups damaged the corners of the box during shipping and that’s not your fault, nor was it a big enough deal for me to send it back! Only thing I could suggest is better packing insulation for shipping so it doesn’t happen to others in the future but as far as the box I give it 5 stars!”
