“I purchased an item on the 16th. Paid for express delivery and didn't receive the item untill the 22nd. I contacted the team on the 20th as I hadn't received any dispatch email, I was told that my item had been dispatched and that it shound have been with me by now. They said they'd contact DPD to find out more.
I then got a dispatch email on the 21st so I think they either lost or forgot my order.
