“really not impressed that the test proved to be useless as it was not really clear that the whole test process needed to be videoed to be valid. wasted money on something that was not even needed really”

“Our tests went missing in the post, Royal Mail tracker said delayed. Sent one email, was anserwed in 10 mins and new kit sent and arrived the next day. Really good service.”
