Good afternoon Robert, It was myself who dealt with your refund after you advised us your test was not delivered initially. Royal Mail states it was delivered the day after your order was placed as I advised. Hope you have your refund back on your card which was processed on 8th February.

Good afternoon Lynne, thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at our order system and we have one order for 2 tests placed on February 2nd. If you do not require the second test you can send it back to us no problem - I will raise a refund for you now. I will send over the return address for you by email now. Hope this clears it up. Good morning, thank you for your feedback. I have had a look at your order which was placed on 1/2/22 and delivered 2/2/22. Your results were submitted at 11 am - we sent an email to you asking for a photo of your passport to allow us to verify your result at 12:06. We have still to receive this. If you can send it over to me at support@skywaytesting.com I can verify your result no problem. Hope this helps. Sam
