I have not received the test … Royal Mail say it was delivered but it has not arrived - I contacted Royal Mail and they said I needed to contact you - I have sent a mail but no reply yet - please let me know ASAP - thanks !

Hello There - We received your email earlier today and have replied. When you order Day 2 tests, the thank you page advises you to click on the portal link to access your codes. We also email you straight after ordering too. I suspect our communications are ending up in your Spam folder. We will call you now, but you can also call us anytime on 01926 266 091. Our telephone number and all contact details are available online, and via the government website as we are a listed provider.

Ordered the day2 tests, haven’t received them yet ( 3rd day) and following up with emails . No answer and no phone number to contact.

I have been unable to login to the portal from which you can get you passenger locator form reference numbers. It won’t allow me in , even though I’m allowed into my account. Other suppliers simply mail you your PLF reference. And I see no contact telephone line. Now I’m worried about getting home. Not happy !

There was nothing in the packaging that prompted me to review the website and instructions therein before taking the test - particularly with regards recording the taking of the test. I did the test incorrectly
