“Product is fine, method is good and delivered on time. However I was disappointed by the lack of communication. I had some questions regarding the method which was not explained with the receipt so emailed my question but it was ignored. I made a query when I returned to the UK and that was also never answered.”

“Test kits arrived as promised and we carried out our LFT as per easy to follow instructions then submitted and it was not long before we had our certificates. Good service I would recommend.”

“I don’t know why I had to purchase a day 2 LFT kit and do a test when I had several NHS LFT test kits that were exactly the same. I could have used them and got the same results. They were free of charge. So I paid £27 to get a kit to give me the same result. I sent a photo of the LFT test to get a certificate to tell me it was a negative test, which I already knew. Government rip off.”

“Booked through Gatwick Airport. Its a Lateral flow test. Would have preferred a walk in service before leaving airport on arrival in UK than having a test posted to me. I have several tests at home given free from Tesco & do them weekly. Annoyed having to pay unnecessarily.”
