Good morning Graham, thank you for your feedback. We ask that you write your passenger locator code on your test cassette when submitting the result back to us and this is what was missing. I have sent you an email explaining this. If you can whizz it back over to me I can get your negative result over to you no problem. Many thanks Sam :)
