“If your swab is urgent, I'd definitely recommend emailing the support team so they know to prioritise it. Incredibly prompt email responses and support from the team throughout the night. Received results for pre-travel PCR at 2200 when posted the night before at 1730 post collection.”

“Fantastic service - I bought two fit to fly kits from Skyway and another dearer supplier as a backup, well Skyway was perfect in every way and the certificate arrived in minutes. Three hours after testing I’m still waiting for an activation code from the other supplier! Great service, well done.”

“results didn't come through as quoted, I was told I hadn't activated the kit, but the paperwork stated it was activated, and when I looked online it stated activated, I would have expected that the barcode and the order would be linked to email the results in the specified time. which made the whole experience very stressful, although the person who answered my frantic emails was very helpful”
