“Brilliant reliable service from Skyway testing! Arrived promptly, easy instructions to set up an appointment for a video call to take the test I front of a witness! Within 30 mins of doing it I got a Certificate to say I was fit to fly ! Will definitely recommend them !”

“Poor website, account doesn't link the orders with test kit or results, no instructions on how to book an “observed” slot once the kit is ordered, paperwork received in the post was missing any instructions or how to get completed I was just sent the kit and a QR code on a flyer. I submitted a test and still don’t even know the result. Waste of money unless you just want a practice kit especially for travel to USA. Avoid.”

Hi Kelly, Sorry to hear about your experience. I looked into your account and can see you submitted results and got your certificate. Our system is a singular portal so your order can only exist in one place. When you log in your order is there and your certificate. You had to activate your test to submit your results which I can see you did and on that very same screen is your result? As soon as you order from us, you get an email with the details of your order and how to book an observed test. You can reach our support teams on email and by phone too with any queries, but I don't see anything from you. Our team is fast to respond (within minutes). We have a full money-back guarantee as you'd have seen when ordering as its on the page before you make payment, so you can simply email or call us and get a full refund.

“Day 2 I didn’t' care who purchased off, when you need fit-to-fly to me it mattered because you're not getting on the plane without it. Used their mobile app for me and my family (6 of us) and its great. Paperless, fast and everything in one place.”

“Really impressed with Skyway. The whole process was so easy. They were helpful when ordering the tests which promptly arrived the next day. “I have purchased a test kit in preparation for my trip to the UK in June.i must perform a covid test before my return to NZ and it must be done 24hrs before departure. Skyway have a very easy way to do this so I am hoping it all goes well.”

“These guys have the technology but nailed! It's super easy, dowload the app, order your tes, comes in the post next day, take the test using the app, automatically uploads your results and minutes later you have your certificate. Effortless! Well done Skyway!”
