“Sent email as bought 2 tests for husband and self I may have made error when purchasing as I have been sent the tests but was not able to get a passenger locator number for my husband just one for me there has been no response to my email so am now going to have to buy another test fir my husband”

“Efficient ordering system and helpful responses to queries for day 2 test. Clear testing instructions and easy upload of results. Delivery was prompt, in fact too prompt, as I had not arrived back from holiday when the package was due to be delivered. However redirecting package to nearest post office was easy.”

“After the gov't announced lateral flow for "day 2" tests I searched loads of "approved suppliers" these were the only one I found that even had reacted. A useful short video gave me confidence and I filled out my details to be contacted as soon as they could be sold. right on the button I got the email to purchase if wanted. I phone with a minor query and was answered within 5 rings by a very helpful guy. I received the kits by first-recorded the next day. Brilliant service.....”
