“I had ordered the antigen test at Skyway Testing Limited via Internet for my day two test in the UK. The test was delivered at the agreed time and location. Also sharing the test result is easy to do via their portal, so overall a very good experience.”

“Tests arrived the following day as ordered before 13:00, results & certificate were received within 2 hours of submitting. All instructions (videos and on-line information) very clear and useful. Great service.”

“It was so easy to order the Day 2 Lateral Flow tests. We departed early on 22 Oct for a cruise, and were pleased to take advantage of the low cost tests and get the order details to enter on our Pass. Loc. Forms before we left the country. Skyway gave regular updates on progress of our order, and it was waiting for us on our return on 5 Nov.. An excellent service.”

Hello There - I have just checked your order and the kit hasn't been activated and no results submitted on to our systems. The tracking link from Royal Mail shows you kit being delivered to the address placed on your order. I have sent a message privately containing this tracking link and also inviting you to contact us directly to discuss your account as there are no records of you contacting us by phone, email or through our portal. We issue certificates within hours of result submission and where people have difficulty our support teams are on hand from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week.

Hello There - I'm sorry to hear your test kit hasn't arrived. I've looked through our support tickets and at your account and we have had no contact from you advising your kits were missing. We have checked the tracking links and can see the package is with Royal Mail at a centre in London. We do send update emails and text messages and you can contact us any time when kits are delayed or have not arrived. Our policy is to ship new kits free of charge to anyone who's kit has not arrived, but we can only do this if we are contacted. As this is the first report we have seen in relation to your order, someone from support is reaching out to you now to arrange new kits to be delivered.

“Couldn't ask for a more efficient service. Sent an email to support to confirm I was entering the correct details for a cruise and was surprised to receive a response 4 minutes later, especially as this was on a Sunday. After taking the test and submitting the Id and test results photos the certificate was available in the portal within the hour.”

“Checked out many companies and Skyway Testing stood out from the rest as highly recommended , sending the Lateral flow tests and the Passenger Locator form online on one site. Test kit arrived next day and Locator form same day. Found very easy after confusing Government websites. Highly recommended. Robert Hull, Yorkshire”
