“Iv been waiting for 11 days for my order still nothing has arrived, I email them and they just constantly tell me that they will give a tracking number as soon as they get it off Royal Mail, you get a tracking number as soon as you post a parcel. They used to be good at sending orders out fast, but now I'm still waiting. It says 2-4 days delivery but 11 days later I still waiting. Just send me what iv paid for”

“Hopeless, delivered my order to some random other address and kept sending me the tracking link to show that it had been delivered somewhere miles and miles away as proof of delivery, and when I complained that they were not paying attention to the detail of my complaint they suggested I go to this location, many miles away, and look for the post man and ask him what happened to my delivery. They are evasive, dishonest and incompetent. I've been chasing up this order for a month now and still they refuse to just listen and see from the tracking link that the confirmed delivery is miles away from where it should have been. It's ridiculous - they are rude, incompetent crooks.”
“Been using them for a few years now and have always received my order promptly. The only problem I have, is a few days after the order has been delivered I get fraudulent activity on my credit card resulting in me now having a least 6 new replacement credit cards. Coincidence or what ?”
