“Hopeless, delivered my order to some random other address and kept sending me the tracking link to show that it had been delivered somewhere miles and miles away as proof of delivery, and when I complained that they were not paying attention to the detail of my complaint they suggested I go to this location, many miles away, and look for the post man and ask him what happened to my delivery. They are evasive, dishonest and incompetent. I've been chasing up this order for a month now and still they refuse to just listen and see from the tracking link that the confirmed delivery is miles away from where it should have been. It's ridiculous - they are rude, incompetent crooks.”
