“Good service but if you expect your order between 2-4 days its more 5-7 and that is just working days.
They aren't very quick to answer to emails and try to fob you off saying the item has been dispatched because they have a tracking number but they have not actually posted.
Other than that I have never had a problem with getting my goods.”
“Been using them for a few years now and have always received my order promptly. The only problem I have, is a few days after the order has been delivered I get fraudulent activity on my credit card resulting in me now having a least 6 new replacement credit cards. Coincidence or what ?”
“Spuk and spukNet and all the others sleepingtabletsuk are all connected and run by the same people sometimes tabs were ok sometimes they were fake like they think we don't know the difference between what's real and what's fake I stopped buying cause my bank would not release the money as it had been flaged as a fraudulent business and after I stopped buying I discovered they cloned my card as they were the one I did a bank transfer with so don't use they have all different names spuk is a main one and another think they have to keep changing bank acc details why is that I wonder if it was real they would not have to do that”
“I've been ordering from this company for about a year and a half and I've never been disappointed. Their has only been an issues on 2 occasions but both times the issue was rectifyed quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone I guess it just depends on what you're buying from them as to what you get. For me though I've never been let down so far and long may it continue. Thumbs up to them, great Company and Customer Service (although it is quite hard to get them on the phone sometimes, it's better emailing them to get a response/reply).”
