Very swift from ordering to delivery.
Really like the new bed, but would have rather had it without the footboard (that Web page describes as optional) - when bed arrived it was apparent that the footboard is an integral piece. No web option to NOT have the footboard, so the web site needs updating.
Installers really irritated me - they point blank refused to take the packaging away.

The bed is lovely and good value for money .
Delivery was quick and communication was good .
However if you are paying by cash you need the exact amount as the drivers don’t carry change !!
Also £30 extra charge to take it up 1 flight of stairs a bit pricey !!
