“Txt saying deliver in next 3 hours our slot only delivered mattress took another week to deliver the rest of our order Delivery company very rude and unprofessional never use again”

“Bed feet, divan clips and headboard screws were missing from delivery. Had to order bed feet and clips from Amazon so that my son had a bed to sleep in. Sloomy refunded me which was fine. I then asked for headboard screws to be sent to me. It's now been 4 weeks and I still haven't received them and Sloomy won't respond to my emails. I guess I'll need to order them elsewhere and pay for them myself!”

“Absolutely poor quality bed. Smells horrible. Headboard broken while fixing very poor quality.Fixing won't work. Material poor quality. Base fixings are not fit for purpose so base travels around room. Customer service horrible. Very rude and dishonest. They have 30 day guarantee but I'm still asking them to collect base as I have no storage. Please do not buy from them and avoid !”

“Very disappointed with the promised delivery date prior to ordering and, more importantly, I reported a damaged bed on the day it was delivered. Was asked to send photos, this was done using various methods and even now, a week later I have heard nothing from this supplier. From my experience I would not recommend this business.”
