“The service at Slyman Bros - O'Fallon was excellent. Jacob Barnett quickly found a microwave model, fitting our needs, and available for installation in a few days. The entire transaction probably took no more than 30 minutes. Excellent. To be clear, as following questions refer to an internet transaction, this was an in-store visit.”

“The salesperson said the water hookup was a tube hanging from the back however it was not and the full manual was not provided only a quick start guide. I contacted GE for additional information who also stated they discontinued providing that documentation. Very disappointed in their decision. Slyman should print and provide as a service to your customer”
