“We moved to the St. Louis area 18 months ago and have had the need to purchase appliances on three occasions. Being very cost conscious, I did a thorough evaluation of alternatives (big box stores, national appliance chains, and local stores) during my first shopping venture. Price is always a key factor, but I did not want to sacrifice the service element of the purchase. “Despite the fact that we arrived near closing time, Sam answered our questions and did not make us feel rushed. I came back the next morning to cha now the delivery date. The rep who helped was great and got the changed made. I did not catch a name but he was 30'ish with a beard.”

“We came into your store to purchase a convection microwave and wall oven combination unit. We were greeted by Sam Litzinger. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and offered alternative options if we were interested. The buying process as so easy. We will have the survey person out next week to assess our installation. We are looking forward to his visit and analysis.”
